Recruitment process is uniform in the company in order to recruit skilled person- nel basing on particular requirements; as a result, a stable, high-quality workforce will be ensured. Most of the recruited techni- cal employees are graduates with good academic qualifications from prestigious universities such as Polytechnic, Architec- ture, Technical Education, Construction, Economics University and University of Fi- nance and Accountancy. Talented individ- uals graduated from universities overseas and skilled experienced experts are always privileged in the recruitment process. Cur-rently, the company has a team of ethical and qualified employees, contributing to completing the company’s goals success- fully.
TRAINING
FCI ensures all employees are continuously trained to have enough skills and qualifications to complete the assigned work. FCI’s key training strategy is a team of highly qualified managers and supervisors who are capable of organizing large-scale projects with high progress, best quality and best occupational safety requirements.
In order to build a team of people who are knowledgeable about the work, have good ex- pertise and professional ethics, the Company develops a training plan with the Company’s development strategy annually:
- INTERGRATION TRAINING
New employees will be able to participate in an integration training program with the aim of helping employees understand the history of formation and development of FCI, regulations, procedures, working rules, environment and culture of the Company to quickly capture and integrate the fastest with colleagues as well as work progress. Professional and technical training sessions are organized for new supervisors.
- TRAINING MANAGEMENT OFFICERS
Qualified employees will be chosen to join Potential Leadership Clubs, to attend training courses on leadership skills, management skills, planning and organizing skills as well as other skills.
- INTERNAL TRAINING
Regularly organizing internal training by experts to teach in-depth knowl- edge for employees. Focusing on practical internal training, seniors training for subordinates to continue improving their professional skills.
- SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
Focusing on the training of soft skills such as communication skills, pre- sentation skills, negotiation skills, etc. to help employees be more confident and successful at work.
- SHORT-TERM ABROAD TRAINING
According to the requirements, the Company considers sending staff to vis- it and learn experience from advanced countries to apply to their assigned practical work yearly.
