Human resources are FCI’s most valuable asset. The company is always attempting to build a strong team of managers and professional staff to ensure sustainable development of FCI.

FCI currently has over 45 specialized university-qualified staff such as Construction Engi- neers, Civil Engineers of bridges and roads, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Geodetic Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Bachelors of Economics, Bachelors of Infor- matics etc. Many of them have seniority in the field from 5 to 10 years. This is considered an advantage – a valuable “asset” that must be effectively utilized and developed to be able to gain a competitive advantage over our competitors.

Ensuring the employee life is the core factor

The personnel policy is always improved so that FCI staff can have the best work- ing environment. The company always commits to the most appropriate salary regime for the contribution and capacity of each individual. Besides,

FCI strictly im- plements insurance regime for employees. In addition, all employees are given annual health checkups. In particular, the com- pany also has a policy of financial support for employees working away from home or working in remote areas. Moreover, the company organizes birthday celebration for employees to create solidarity as well as enhance motivation on a monthly basis. Organizing holiday tours annually to en- hance mutual understanding; organizing a meeting to give gifts to employees on tra- ditional Tet holidays, children of employ- ees on International Children’s Day (1/6) and children with good academic achieve- ments yearly.
